Job Title: Gerente de Vendas B2B - Vivo
Location: São Paulo, Brazil
Job Type: Full-time
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Gerente de Vendas B2B to join our team at Vivo. As a Gerente de Vendas B2B, you will be responsible for managing and developing our B2B sales strategy, driving revenue growth, and building strong relationships with our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a B2B sales strategy that aligns with the company's overall goals and objectives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them
- Manage the sales team and provide guidance and support to ensure they meet their targets
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify areas for improvement and growth
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the telecommunications industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
- Fluent in English and Portuguese

Gerenciar equipe comercial direta que realiza vendas no modelo Inside Sales;
Fazer gestão de metas e indicadores comerciais;
Gestionar carteira de clientes estratégicos da empresa, trabalhando na identificação de necessidades e oferta de Produtos mais apropriados para atender o Cliente.
REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Requisitos Obrigatórios:
Experiência em Inside Sales;
Experiência com gestão de pessoas;
Experiência com gestão de indicadores comerciais;
Vivência com Salesforce e Microsoft Excel.
Requisitos Desejáveis:
Ensino Superior Completo.
